Yes, a reduced shipping rate of 40% of the full charge will be offered for each additional item after the first in an order with two or more items. Therefore, please make sure to browse the entire selection to save money on your purchases.

The default option is standard shipping, but you may request expedited or express shipping at the time of purchase, for which you will be quoted a price. If you agree to the amount, then your item will be mailed as soon as possible so that you may receive it expediently.

How do you assess the condition of the books?
Since most of the books are used, ensuring that patrons receive a reliable understanding of their condition is important. The terms used to describe condition are defined as follows: Like New: In about the same state as it was published, with no wear to the cover and pages. Very Good: May contain minor wear to the cover edges, but is completely, or at least nearly, free of markings (e.g. personal inscriptions, notes in the margins, highlighting, underlining). Good: May have moderate wear and tear to the cover and some pages (e.g. wrinkling, creases, bends, markings, small smudges, slight water damage). Acceptable: Worse than "good," exhibiting significant damage that adversely affects reading.

What is your return policy?
If you are ever dissatisfied with a product, please contact [email protected] within THREE DAYS of receipt and you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, which does not include the return shipping expense. The refund will only be processed upon receipt of the returned item. Beyond THREE DAYS, all sales are final.

Will my package be insured?
Insurance is optional. While great care shall be taken to ensure that your order arrives in the condition described, accidents are possible while items are in transit. MediaFanatics does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during delivery. Therefore, if you desire to insure your package, please send notification prior to checking out. The expense will be calculated and submitted to you for approval. With insurance, you will be able to file a claim with the USPS to receive compensation for either loss or damage. This claim is solely between buyer and USPS.
